At Sanne Alexandra, we want you to love your pieces, but if the fit isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, and ensure the return form provided in your initial delivery is included inside.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery information.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
